Yoga Nidra

A sleep-based mediation practice using breath and body awareness to manage stress and emotions to restore your natural state of wellness.

Join us for this restorative yoga class where postures are held for several minutes with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks). The combination of passive stretching, breathing techniques, and visualization will help you flourish and refresh.

Restorative + Yoga Nidra

Thursdays @ 6:45-8:00 PM

This combined yoga practice is for de-stressing and re-balancing our energy, giving us a good night's rest and a renewed next day. We begin stretching the body with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks). We end with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, including breathing and body awareness techniques to disconnect from the thinking mind, accessing the healing potential of the body.
