This combined yoga practice is for de-stressing and re-balancing our energy, giving us a good night's rest and a renewed next day. We begin stretching the body with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks). We end with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, including breathing and body awareness techniques to disconnect from the thinking mind, accessing the healing potential of the body.
